Pentland Sundancer

Birth Date: 11/07/2001
IAR#: 52027
Sire: Pentland Valeroso
Dam: Pentland Soleada

Sundancer is an outstanding solid white huacaya male with a dense, soft handling and crimpy fleece, loaded with lustre... and just look at that coverage! Sundancer has excellent conformation, good bone density and striking presence, which, along with his fantastic fleece traits, has seen him win praise and ribbons when shown.

The result of an impressive pedigree including some of the greats, Highlander, Inti, Sir Titus Salt and Sonoma, Sundancer has proved to be a male that is more than capable of replicating his positive characteristics in his cria and proof is in the progeny as they say!

Sundancer has a tendency to throw to the colour of the females he is used over, a real bonus for coloured breeders wanting to improve the fleece characteristics of their herd.

IAR#: 47928
Sire: Alpine Fiber’s Brutus
Dam: Marben Roma

Milano is a gorgeous solid medium fawn male, with a large frame and a uniform fleece that is a delight to the touch.

Milano is by Alpine Fiber's Brutus (who in turn is by the famous Peruvian Hemingway) a male making a name for himself by producing cria with fine, crimpy fleeces, and out of a female who can be depended on to produce first-rate cria every time.

Described by one judge as "the complete package", Milano was a consistent show-winner and so far has produced large, well fleeced cria, bursting with energy and verve!

Birth Date: 19/01/2003
IAR#: 53574

Aspiring Fastness

Birth Date: 26/03/2004
IAR#: 67970
Sire: Valley of Peace Royal Odin
Dam: Wangoom Ridge Matisse

We are excited to be able to offer limited matings to this upstanding solid white young male this breeding season. Owned by Aspiring Alpacas, Fastness is from top quality Australian and Peruvian lines.

Out of a daughter of Peruvian Don Julio and granddaughter of Purrumbete Brigantine, and by a male with exceptional density, VIP Royal Odin, Fastness grows an incredible amount of fleece in a short amount of time. Over 6kg of fleece shorn in 2007! With a staple length easily over 100mm each shearing, he exhibits a bold crimp, soft handle and consistently low micron (2004 Micron 17.6; 2005 Micron 23.97; 2006 Micron 23.5).

Combine this with his large frame and excellent conformation and this young male will add quality to any herd.

Highcroft Alexander

Birth Date: 21/01/2006
IAR#: 107164
Sire: Sierra Vista Emon
Dam: Highcroft Athena

Alexander is a stand out young male.

The most densely fleeced cria we have produced, Alexander also retains the soft handle and uniformity we like to see in our stud males.

It is easy to see where this young male gets his exceptional fleece; with the combination of the density from his Kaihere Peruvian Ven-Chura dam, and the softness, lustre and uniformity of his sire, Sierra Vista Emon.

We have very high expectations for this solid dark fawn male and will be using him for the first time this season.
